However, the client initially hired an advertising agency with no experience in audiovisual production, resulting in material that did not meet expectations: unstable footage, incorrect framing, and audio recorded directly from the camera without a clean feed from the audio console. This compromised TRAXIÓN’s professional image before its executives and strategic partners.
