Branded Content Production in Mexico City – VISA Foundation Stories
The Singapore-based advertising agency Clickview contacted MODE MEDIA to coordinate the local production of an episode for the global campaign VISA Foundation Stories. This documentary series follows the journey of women artists and entrepreneurs who receive support from VISA and its partner organizations. Our role was to transform their creative vision into a production executed in Mexico with international standards — and to do so within an extremely tight timeframe.
VISA Foundation hired us as the local production company to organize all logistics required for the shoot. The creative team traveled from Singapore, and we worked closely with them to ensure a smooth and professional production. Our responsibilities included full location coordination, securing filming permits, renting specialized equipment, hiring the technical crew, and providing operational support throughout the entire shoot in Mexico City.
During pre-production, we selected locations that conveyed the visual and narrative tone the client was seeking, handled all necessary permits and access, and coordinated a specialized technical team for camera, lighting, and sound. We also developed a detailed schedule to optimize every minute of the shoot, considering the international team had a tight agenda.
Production took place in a single day, with interviews and documentary footage recorded across multiple locations in Mexico City. From operating cameras and audio to real-time monitoring for the director and client, our team managed every technical aspect to ensure optimal quality and a seamless execution. We coordinated transportation, logistics between locations, and time management to maximize efficiency throughout the shooting day.
At the end of the production, we delivered all the material properly organized to facilitate the post-production process in Singapore. This included original files, full backups, editing-ready proxies, and detailed logs for each location and interviewee. The clarity of our delivery allowed the international team to continue their workflow without friction.
