Event Coverage in Mexico City
This past March, we covered the iupana event held in Mexico City. This event brought together prominent leaders from the Mexican banking and fintech industries to discuss optimizing customer experience and maximizing digital channels.
Pre-production
The pre-production phase is essential to the success of any event. Before covering each event, a member of our team visits the venue to anticipate any issues or technical needs and resolve them with the client and the venue’s provider.
Production
To cover the iupana event, we used a set of high-end cameras to ensure sharp, professional-quality images. Photos were taken in RAW format at 6K and 8K resolutions to preserve maximum quality and detail for post-production.
At every event we cover, we bring equipment to handle all possible scenarios, including backup cameras in case of unexpected issues. We use a kit of prime and zoom lenses, as well as studio flashes. For this event, we also brought studio lighting to take professional portraits of the attendees.
Post-production
After the event, we carry out a curation process where we select the images that best represent the event and the values the client wants to convey to their audience — whether it’s an internal communication event or one aimed at clients.
We then proceed with editing and color correction of the best photos to deliver them to the client, optimized for ideal display on social media and websites.
