LiPU, the business unit of TRAXIÓN specializing in passenger transportation, hired us to produce a series of internal communication videos for their anniversary. From the initial client briefing, our primary objective was clear: to avoid a dull, hard-to-digest corporate message and instead create a dynamic and engaging communication piece, inspired by the content we see daily on social media.

During the script development phase with the agency and the end client, we opted to break the narrative into short and dynamic capsules, approximately one minute long—similar to TikTok and Instagram Reels formats.

Conveying Values

The goal of these videos was to motivate and inspire employees by making them part of the company’s achievements and future goals.

From the outset, we worked closely with their communication team and CULTURA GROW agency to develop a script that faithfully reflected LiPU’s identity and principles. We ensured that the message was direct, motivating, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Once the script was approved, we designed a production plan to film the content over two days at LiPU’s Naucalpan headquarters.

High-Quality Technology

We used 4K cameras to ensure sharp, professional images, allowing room for possible reframing and digital animation. Image stabilizers were used for smooth shots, and drones added a visually striking and modern perspective.

Postproduction Process (Estimated Duration: Two Weeks):

  1. Footage Review & First Cuts: Editing the initial versions of each of the five capsules. The first drafts are sent for client review and feedback to ensure we are on the right track.
  2. Enhancing Engagement: Each capsule is enriched with visual and sound effects, transitions, and other elements to make the content engaging and retain viewers’ attention while delivering key information.

Results and Impact

The Message: The video capsules aim to clearly and effectively communicate LiPU’s growth, evolution, and vision for the future. Thanks to the short-format approach, the message reaches employees naturally, resembling the content they consume daily on social media. This makes their connection with the company feel more personal, fostering a greater sense of belonging and commitment.

This internal communication strategy not only reinforced LiPU’s corporate identity but also served as a successful example of how audiovisual content can enhance interaction and engagement within a company. The short-form format also opens the opportunity to distribute these videos through the company’s social media channels, showcasing to the world that LiPU understands and adapts to modern communication trends—just as a leading company in its sector should.
