Description: The Podcast Way to the Top interviews leaders in marketing, technology, CEOs, and CEMOs, where they share their professional journey to the leadership position they hold today.
This podcast, hosted by Juanjo Artero, has been running for 3 years. A few weeks ago, Juanjo reached out to our team to professionalize the format and enhance its visual quality.
Although it’s a “work in progress,” since we took over the production of the podcast, we’ve implemented several changes, such as upgrading the recording equipment, introducing new cameras, better lenses, and redesigning the lighting setup, among other improvements.
The impact on the cinematography and visual quality was immediate.
The recordings take place at the Grupo Imagen television channel’s facilities, which are interested in the content production. We’ve reached agreements with them for the joint production of the podcast as part of the channel’s digital content strategy.
Our goal is to continue refining the format, improving it episode by episode, constantly reviewing the visual quality, and prioritizing the narrative and viewer experience.
Once the visual and audio experience is improved, we will focus on content analysis to ensure that the information is delivered in a dynamic way that directly captures the viewer’s interest. This includes shortening lengthy segments, removing repetitive information, eliminating silences, adding sound and visual effects, captions, and incorporating other visual resources.
The post-production process will be reviewed in detail to streamline the video. We want the program to share information in the shortest time possible while making it more engaging.
Once the long-format YouTube episode is edited, we’ll extract key moments to create reels for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, driving traffic to the main channel.
The podcast is filmed with 3 cameras. The service also includes photography for later use in creating Thumbnails.
